      of course i would!!
I dont know much about cars (and dont know if its possible – maybe Ryan could explain a bit more on this?)

but anything to try and make travelling cheaper and more green for the earth must be a bonus??

Hmmm. I would only buy a water-powered car if it was cheaper than a petrol-fueled one! We have no shortage of water, but oil will eventually run out, so I don’t see why it would not be much cheaper!

Yes I would. I would hope that the running costs would be cheaper than using petrol too – as Evan says there’s a lot of water about!

If you’re interested this is a fun website (more mad inventors than scientists!) – http://waterpoweredcar.com/

These cars take water and split it into oxygen and hydrogen (using electrolysis) which is a perfect fuel!

This uses a lot of electricity though, so I’m not sure how much it actually costs in the long run.
