I wouldn’t like to be a chef.. its too hectic and busy in a restaurant/hotel kitchen for me.
Part of my training to become a food scientist was inspired by me going to catering college before university. So i actually became a chef before i became a scientist! its a good job i did really or i wouldn’t know how to create all the wonderful things i do now in my job. 🙂

I’d like to be a chef. A few weeks ago I went to Billingsgate Market (a big fish market in London) to learn how to cook fish. It was great fun!
