      hey kennedy,
Thanks for your question. I’ve been thinking about this.
I guess for me its not hard to create a new food, because its what I do everyday. I know where to look for ingredients, i know how foods react with each other and how chemicals work in different roles or functions.

I guess the hard thing for me is looking for ideas and inspiration to help me get started creating a new product. I have to do a lot of research into what people like you want to see in the shops and what you want to eat.

If i asked you what you wanted me to create what do you think you’d say? – From what you tell me, i’d be able to go off and put my idea’s on paper. From then i would come and present them to you and ask your thoughts. Maybe some of my idea’s you wouldn’t like…. from the idea’s i showed you, you could pick the ones you liked and i’d go off and do “trials”. These would be very mini experiments making the product in tiny amounts. I’d then come back and let you taste them… and again you’d tell me which ones you liked or not…. the process goes on and on like that until i’ve come up with something everyone loves!! 🙂

Out of interest – what would you love to see made into a food product? – Leave a comment. I’d love to know! 🙂
