Both drinks contain a lot of sugar and acid, which is bad for your teeth. I would probably say fruit juice is better (though preferably fresh, rather than concentrated). Personally, I mostly drink water or milk!

I think concentrated fruit juice may have just as much or more sugar that fizzy drinks, so would avoid them both.
Ryan is right that fresh juice will be better than concentrated I think. And as for eating fruit, yes it contains sugar and some contain a lot of acid, but they also contain vitamins and fibre that you do need. And eating fruit will be better for you than drinking concentrated fruit juice.
I tend to drink water or tea.

we also have to consider the type of sugars contained in both. Fruit and fruit juices contains a sugar called fructose (good sugar), which naturally occurs in the fruit whereas fizzy drinks are loaded full of sucrose, which isnt naturally there in the drink. (its added in). I agree with Ryan and Ailsa, water is the best thing to drink to keep your teeth in tip top condidtion.

Eating fruit does subject your teeth to a lot of sugar. That saying of “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” is rubbish too, because it will not keep your dentist away! There is lots of fructose in fruit – this is a type of fruit sugar, which can damage your teeth. But of course fruit is good for you in other ways. Confusing … but here’s a tip: if you’re having soft drinks (like coke or sprite) if you drink with a straw they won’t be on your teeth as much and it is better for them 🙂
