Hi again 08wjarvis. I found that site yesterday before I wrote my reply to you but I thought it seemed pretty far fetched so I didn’t mention it. So to answer your question I don’t think it is feasable. Project Icarus does not seem to be a true project that is actually happening – it seems to be just some ideas floating around and sounds a little like sci-fi in my opinion!
Also, if they are claiming there is another star orbiting the Sun, that is just wrong. 😀
