  In the lab we have 3 different types of submarine; a robotic one (that is, it doesn’t need a human to control) which we enter into competitions, human powered submarines (with someone inside to pedal it!) which enter a race in America every couple of years and research submarines which we use to develop the way in which they “swim”.
