• Question: what is the best star that you have found?

      I was thinking about this last night actually. Because a friend of mine found his first pulsar yesterday. Even though I have found many since my first one I think the best one was the first because until I found the first one I wasn’t sure if all my search techniques, computer programs and planning were any good! I was nervous that maybe I would find nothing! But then I found my first pulsar! All of the
      ones I find have had their own interesting features but I was really happy with the first one – I then really felt like a proper astronomer! 😀
