I really enjoy exercising with weights. I think my favorite exercise is the dead lift because you can use really big weights! Though you have to be careful, I hurt my back a little today doing it!
I like cycling. I cycle to work everyday and when I get the time at weekends like to head off into the country on longer cycle rides. I like it because I can travel quite far in a fairly short space of time and I’m outside in the freash air, which I really love.
I love playing basketball. Why, because I love the game, I get to run, jump, shoot, pass, dribble, hit people (!) and I’m actually reasonably good at it. 🙂
I like cycling aswell Alisa. A few weeks ago my dad and I went on a bike ride. The only down side about bike riding with my dad is that when he gets started he doesn’t stop for a very long time. We rode about twenty miles. And I’m not exsaggerating!
Cycling is great isn’t it. One of the things I like about it is that it’s quite possible to go twenty miles or more in a few hours. Really glad you enjoy it too.
