  hey carlys
  I’ve been inspired by lots of people over time. I admire scientist and chefs around the world, some you may not even have heard of! Heston Blumental and a Chef called El Bulli, have been my biggest inspiration for my work. I also love the idea of what Willy Wonka could do in Roald Dahl books!
  My biggest inspiration though for my science would be my mum. Without her i wouldnt have ever had the support to do what i wanted to do, and get where i am today.
