Hi shogun. No, definitely not. 🙁

There is only one planned mission to send humans to the moon for the next 10 years, and that is by the European Space Agency. China, India and Japan will all land robotic vehicles on the moon in the next few years but not humans. The earliest estimated date for a manned base on the moon is 2030. A full colony would be much later, unfortunately. We actually have the technology to go there but nobody seems to want to, and other things are effecting it, like in the US, they are broke (they have 15 trillion dollars of debt) so can’t afford it.

When I was younger I always thought it would be really cool to live on a moon base… looks like I’m going to have to wait a while longer 🙂

Maybe, if you become a scientist, you will be just the right age to join the moon base project!

I would love to be involved but I’ll probably be too old by 2030!
