      Hello 08cguscott,
I guess if you mean a jelly such as the wibbly wobbly stuff you get and have with ice cream, it could taste quite grim, but i imagine it is very possible.
The world of natural and artificial flavourings these days is beyond imagination. If i can make ice cream that taste of bacon and sausage, i guess i could make cheese jelly. – maybe i’ll give it a go in the lab one day when i have a spare few minutes. It would be quite simple. I’d mix powdered cheese with some gelatin and let it set for a few hours. Although i’m not sure what it would taste like or even what i’d eat it with! ha ha

On the note of Jelly though, you maybe surprised that the term jelly can also stretch to things such as haribo type sweets and jelly beans.
A brand of jelly beans known as “Jelly Belly” have created a cheese flavoured jelly bean when they made the “harry potter every flavour bean”
      Other flavours they included were:

      Skunk Spray
      Pencil Shavings
      Moldy Cheese
      Baby Wipes
      Toothpaste
      Rotten Egg
      Earwax
      Boogie
      Vomit
      Black Pepper
      Centipede
      Canned Dog Food

I think id rather stick to nice flavours such as strawberry and lemon instead! What do you think?
